1. Discussion Guidelines
" Be brief and to the point
" Stay on topic
" Consider what is good for the group, including yourself
" Provide opportunities for all to speak

2. Discussion
Put up hand with one, two or three fingers

One finger means: I have a comment or a question.
Two fingers means: I can clarify or I need clarification.
Three fingers mean: Stop, we're off topic, or off process, or need a break.

3. Decision Making
One finger means: I agree.
Two fingers means: I can live with it.
Three fingers means: I want a better way and am willing to help create it.
